Know Your Produce
Traceability is an important part of building confidence in fresh produce.
Our goal is to maintain clear records throughout the supply chain, allowing produce to be identified from its source in Kenya through packing and export to its destination in the UK.
This includes information such as:
Grower / Supplier → Harvest → Batch → Packhouse → Shipment → UK Arrival → Customer
This provides greater transparency and supports effective quality control throughout the journey.
Plant Health & Import Compliance
Meeting UK Requirements
Produce imported into Great Britain can be subject to plant-health, customs, food-safety and marketing requirements depending on the individual commodity.
Kenova Fresh is committed to ensuring applicable import procedures and documentation are followed for the produce we supply.
Where required, this can include appropriate phytosanitary documentation, import notifications, traceability records and border procedures.
